Job Description: Description of Principal Duties & Accountabilities
?Treasury Records Management Assist the Treasury Records Management Leader by handling the day to day tactical responsibilities of the Treasury Records management Program
Help the Records Management Leader to develop and implement an annual audit process of records management activities within Treasury
Develop and own all Program related documentation including process documentation, and training documentation.
Track process metrics and methods to ensure compliance with Records Management Policy across all Treasury functions.
Manage all changes and updates to the Digital Library Portal in Support Central including user documentation
Assist Treasury Records Management Functional Leaders to build and maintain their Retention Schedules
Perform UAT testing on any new Records Management applications developed by the Records Management Program
Manage projects to develop digital repositories for key Treasury records via Support Central Digital Library Portal
Qualifications Required
4 year college degree
Ability to run multiple business and systems projects concurrently
Very strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
Ability to work in a global environment
Strong Project management skills
Qualifications Preferred
Knowledge of records-related systems (e.g. document management, records management, electronic records management and records retention software)
