Job Description: SAP BPC Business Planning Functional
Skills: Extensive experience working with large SAP installations developing non-financial (operational) planning applications off of SAP BI data.
Responsibilities: Present a BPC non-financial (operational) demo to stakeholders Train employees on BPC capabilities and implementation best practices Raise considerations necessary from an IS perspective to support building a BPC planning application (actuals) Guide business users and IS through a process to design the planning application for both the Buyer Worksheet and Cost Model applications Lead the process for establishment of an efficient business process, with supporting application controls, for both planning applications Cross-train employees in planning application design and support Assist with training planning application end users in the use of the developed planning applications Assist in issue resolution involved with using the BPC 7.0 NW version in ramp-up
Mandatory Experience:
Extensive experience working with large SAP installations developing non-financial (operational) planning applications off of SAP BI data Experience working with business users in understanding requirements and designing/building planning applications to meet those requirements Experience in adhering to client enterprise system development standards Expert in BPC (heritage Outlooksoft) planning application design including: Setting up enterprise hierarchies within BPC that can be leveraged across multiple planning applications Building reports within BPC (Excel) Implementing business process steps within BPC (using business process transparency tools within BPC) Building application controls to support the business process design Training end users on the use of BPC custom-built planning applications
