Requirements: The Candidate must possess the expertise and knowledge to perform the following duties: Results oriented professional
a.Must possess excellent Functional knowledge in various Oracle CRM modules (teleservice, isupport, service, field service, spares management, depot repair, etc.) with five (5) years of minimum experience. Understanding the interaction between these various modules is also required. b.Should have knowledge of programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Reports 6i and XML Publisher in Oracle E-Business Suite. c.Experience in working with and understanding the TCA. d.Experience in Order Management and Inventory for crm-related integrations are needed for full process-support. f.Understand and analyze the Business Requirements and assist customers in mapping/gapping their business needs to Oracle and walking them through Conference Room Pilot (CRP). g.Prepare relevant documents for functional design and technical design. h.Possess necessary expertise and knowledge to be able to advise customers on best practices according to industry standards, and how to put those best practices in place.
