Reference Number: 090909 Job Description: You should have at least three years of professional service/management in a call center environment or servicing a financial or State of Illinois help desk. Should be able to manage a diverse workforce and provide upper management with expected production productivity numbers. CMW is a consulting firm that offers outstanding benefits, 10 Federal Holidays 10 vacation days the first year as well as sick days. There is an opportunity to move into Federal Government employment from this position. Experience Level: 3 Years Requirements: 3 years managing a helpdesk in a call center environment or at the City of Chicago or the State of Illinois. Ability to pass a drug test, background check and EVERIFY to confirm you are eligable to work in this country.
