Job Description:
* Fast growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a desktop support analyst. *

* 3 years previous experience providing desktop support.

Experience Level:
Unspecified

Requirements:
* Perform installs and configure PC's and laptops from checklist.

* Microsoft Windows environment.

* Responding to all tickets.

* Strong Microsoft Office 2003 and Windows XP.

* Troubleshoot all applications (including Adobe, proprietary systems, etc.).

* Active Directory experience.

* Previous VPN experience.

* Desktop support, visit users, and assisting with all projects as needed.

* May include travel to other local sites.

Summit NJ

3 - 6 months
