Job Description: The DMS (Document Management Systems) Application Engineer provides application support and support to the firm's document management systems - Interwoven WorkSite and other components.
Requires Interwoven WorkSite and Microsoft SQL knowledge. This position is part of the Enterprise Applications team reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Applications. Routine tasks include, but are not limited to, Worksite system administration, responding to user support ticket, document discovery, and export projects.

Requirements: * Assist with project planning and implementation of the project to migrate from DOCS Open to Interwoven. * Install, configure, and maintain Interwoven Worksite Environment which includes DM server, E-Mail Management, Mobility and Worksite Web Interwoven Universal Search. * Provide system administration support including server and client software installations, systems and database monitoring, migration and associated documentation required to optimize the performance of this system * Design and support Matter-Centric systems and associated third- party tools required * Maintain validation data replications and ethical walls. Ensure validation data is replicated. * Collaborate and work with financial systems analysts, developers and other application specialists to plan and implement technical specifications for interfaces, application integration, enhancements, and reports * Provide SQL application database administration as it applies to DMS * Maintain adequate documentation of all processes and procedures related to the implementation and support of the document management systems * Perform document extracts and imports as needed * Minimum 2-4 years experience administering Interwoven DMS system
* Certified WorkSite 8.x Interwoven Certified System Engineer a plus
* Strong SQL skill and ability to create ad-hoc SQL Scripts and generate reports
* Prior DOCSOpen to WorkSite migration experience. IntApp, DOCS Open Management.
