Job Description:
*Fast growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a helpdesk analyst.*

* Receive telephone calls.

* Creating problem records.

* Tracking problems through resolution.

* Troubleshoot and provide advice to assist users.

* Follow defined escalation paths.

* Following up to ensure the prompt resolution of operating problems

Experience Level:
Unspecified

Requirements:
* At least 2 Years of experience in a help desk role.

* Previous experience with a ticketing system.

* Strong troubleshooting skills.

* Previous pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Location:
Summit NJ

Duration:
3 - 6 months
