Job Description: * Fast growing company is seeking an Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst. *
* Participate as a core team member in all business system projects, primarily related, but not limited to, Global Oracle EBS system. * Gathering of business requirements and translation into specifications for development, internally or externally * Fully understand changes in scope and schedule and how they will impact other business processes or projects * Become an expert in supply chain practices and structures and how they relate to existing and new business systems * Have a good understanding of European and US regulatory requirements and how they relate to existing and new business systems and practices, including GMP/GxP. * Engage with business functions to ensure operational requirements are met * Engage business partners to ensure cross-functional continuity of new, or enhancements to existing, business applications or processes * Be a strong proponent of Business Intelligence and the corporate benefits it delivers, including identification of new opportunities or process improvements * Help identify process improvements through changes in practice, standardization or through IT automation * Be a source of business knowledge (consultancy), or a research liaison role, for IT development groups

Requirements: * High degree of computer literacy with Oracle Supply Chain modules, 11i or higher * High level experience and expertise as a Functional Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Process Consultant * Experience with multiple large full-scale, full life cycle implementations, participating in both functional and technical teams * Must have prior experience on project teams for implementation, customization, or enhancements to ERP systems * Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing high-level specifications for development * Client service driven with excellent communication, relationship management and analytical skills * Ability to effectively translate business requirements into system requirements * Familiarity with Business Intelligence and reporting tools including Business Objects or similar tools. * Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical Industry
