Reference Number: OracleSysAdmin Job Description: * User, Menu and custom responsibilities management including Mass Activating and Deactivating of the users when required. * Menu customization, Mass duplication of menu structures from seeded menus. * Knowledge of ERP R12 UMX (User Management) * Knowledge of User, Role, Role Inheritance and core services using UMX module * Knowledge of FNDLOAD to migrate setups between Oracle ERP Environments * Knowledge of DATALOADER, develop templates for DataLoader. * Interaction with the DBA team while patching and also for the DB performance issues, Printer, Workflow Mailer and network issues with the Unix team and Network team. Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements: * 3 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Applications 11i * Hands-on working knowledge of System administration activities - User management, Menu/responsibility customizations, Profile option setting, Functional knowledge of Multi org setups, HR security, HR Person Assignments to Fnd user , direct and indirect responsibilities, background workflows, flex fields, lists of values, programs, concurrent manager, workflows, and User/Responsibility management
