Reference Number: PMHdesk Job Description: * Pharmaceutical company is seeking a project manager with previous experience managing the vendor selection process and transition for technical support. * Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements: * Assist in finding, transferring, and managing a conversion from an outsourced helpdesk vendor to a new vendor. * Project manager will research and price a contract with a new vendor. * Responsible for managing the entire RFP (Request for proposal) process. * Individual will be responsible for managing the process of bringing in the new vendor and transitioning out the old vendor.
