Job Description:
The primary role of the support technician is to be the first line of support for the help desk.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of IT based customer support experience

* Demonstrate high level of professionalism in dealing with clients and confidential information

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Moderate working knowledge of Operating Systems from Windows XP to Windows 7 and Windows administration platforms including Active Directory as well as Microsoft Office suite 2003/2007, printers, LAN configuration and mobile devices

* Have a broad knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite 2003/2007/printers and LANs
