Reference Number: 08-00701 Job Description: OUR CLIENT IS A LEADER IN THE INVESTMENT BANKING INDUSTRY. The Global Manager Strategies and Hedge Fund Strategies IT team is part of Investment Bank technology. We provide a wide range of services to both businesses. This includes development and enhancement of portfolio analysis tools for portfolio managers, support and enhancement of software for product management, client reporting, operations, and accounting. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop applications based on requirements from the business users Interact with the business users on a daily basis to gather requirements for existing and future projects/initiatives Provide IT support for the day to day activities of the team Collaborate with the IT team to develop applications/systems to support the business globally Work on projects that span the Client and HFS teams Contribute to the build out of existing applications as well as the innovation of additional tools to support the business Experience Level: 3 Years Requirements: Min of 4 years of experience in Java/JSP SQL (Sybase and/or DB2) Development on Linux platform PREFERRED Java amp; Jakarta Open Source Frameworks like Struts, Hibernate, Validators, log4j, junit, cruise control XML, Perl, XSL Knowledge of .Net a plus Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual Excellent communications skills Highly organized individual able to manage multiple tasks Financial industry experience a plus View all our jobs at www.rmscorp.com CL-22969
