Job Description: Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.
Description: Assists in the execution of control activities within technology disciplines. Creates quality reporting plans and create metrics for testing efforts completed and determine root cause of problem. Create reports to track corrective quality audit actions. Analyzes process monitor of process and risk for area of responsibility. Develops and ensures compliance with procedures throughout the Software Development Life Cycle for planned software changes. Recommends process improvement and contributions to technology initiatives Collaborates with project team to assure adherence to established technology quality standards Tests quality control and analyzes that compliance efforts are in alignment with all policies, standards, and regulations. Create metrics on cost, effort, and milestones of Quality activities on project level Identifies trends and determines root cause of problems and recommends solutions towards continuous improvement.
Experience Level: 4 Years
