Job Description: Position: Account Manager

Talent is currently seeking an Account Manager to help further develop our Twin Cities customer base. This role will be under the supervision of one of our Senior Account Executives and will provide the right applicant a great opportunity to leverage their skills and grow into a new level of Technology and Business services sales. This is an ideal opportunity for a successful IT staffing professional to take their career to the next level in business and technology.
Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for new business development 2. Increase sales presence and market share via telemarketing 3. Ability to prospect for new accounts 4. Responsible for management of sales territory 5. Performance is measured against operating plans and standards. 6. Coordinate and collaborate with other account managers in establishing and carrying out responsibilities.
Qualifications: 1. Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills, strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. 2. 2-5 years experience in the field of Sales or Recruiting. 3. Understanding of our technology 4. College degree or equivalent with emphasis in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
Personal Characteristics: 1. Strong telecommunication skills. 2. Ability to prospect without fear 3. Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities. 4. Participative in meetings and discussions, advocates team concept. 5. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities. Tactful, mature. 6. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive-but able to recognize and support the organization*s preferences and priorities. 7. Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations.
