Reference Number: JAB123 Job Description: Maintenance Mechanical Engineer BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering minimum of 3 yrs expreience preferrably from chemical manufacturing environment Provides Technical support to maintenance supervisors, maintenance manager, and production supervisors for the repair of plant equipment which can include quality critiacl equipment in various areas of the plant. Assists in improvements of the quality and management systems Provides input in the development of the annual operating plan and completes improvement projects on said plan. Manages the mechanical predictive and preventive maintenance programs as well as the Maintenance Department CAD system. Inherent in this position?s accountabilities are ongoing commitment and response to ISO compliance, as well as health and safety Experience Level: 3 Years Requirements: BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment. Familiar with mechanical integrity systems (OSHA PSM) as well as some form of statistical experience. Must have experience with process rotating equipment, compressors, pumps, blowers, refrigeration as well as vibration analysis. Individual must be highly motivated, a self starter as well as a being a team player with above average computer and communication skills.
