Job Description/Responsibilities:
Role involves installation, support, testing and development of software and services delivered via a network model.
Installation of Windows, Unix/Linux and Macintosh-based applications , Testing and configuration of installed applications with product integration; Tier 2 support for Northstar product (email, chat and phone); Hardware and Operating System installation of mixed technology environment; Testing of Northstar product and new product features; Bug tracking, etc.
