Job Description: MUST BE LOCAL TO JACKSONVILLE, FL This resource is responsible for maintaining excellent working relations with current clients, initiating new opportunities with current clients, and acquiring new accounts. The Client Partner interacts extensively with each client to identify business needs, recommend solutions, prepare project proposals and close sales. In addition, the Client Partner is actively engaged with the project team to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources, timely implementation of the project plan, and project profitability. Primary Responsibilities The Client Partner will coordinate with company and client leadership in the following areas: " Generation of $3 to $5 million in sales annually - Acquires and develops long-term relationships with new clients - Develops a broader industry network of clients and contacts through local organizations, speaking engagements, and one-on-one networking - Responsible for completing successful contract negotiations " Responsible for project execution and client retention - Proactively identify client risks - Identify opportunities within existing accounts - Manages his/her project teams to effectively respond to client needs - Provides technology innovation leadership to help guide clients in technology options - Successfully manages each project contract, statements of work (SOW), and change order requests " Corporate profitability & revenue - Monthly progress reporting of revenue to budget forecast - Establishes effective pricing and staffing levels for each client - Managing project P&L, plus risks and opportunities that impact profit - Ensures timely and accurate generation of invoices " Corporate leadership - Mentors team and champions continuous improvement throughout the organization - Achieves recognizable improvements in staff skill level - Champions positive organizational change within a creative, collaborative work environment
