Job Description: We are looking for a Telecommunications Technician with experience in the latest technologies surrounding Cisco Unified Communications as well as experience and in-depth knowledge of telecom industry. Our clients data centers located in Dothan, Al and Atlanta, GA hosting cutting edge technology from Cisco, Microsoft and IBM. Because our communications infrastructure built across eighty remote sites is critical to Operations, candidate must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced cutting edge technology environment.

Requirements: Job Requirements:
Administration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, including Unity and IPCC. Install network/communication hardware at new and existing terminal facilities. This may include but not limited to Cat 5 cable, network jacks, equipment racks, paging and loud ring equipment, KRONOS time clocks, and Cisco switches and routers. Monitor all wireless, PRI, and copper B-1 lines and work with vendors to resolve issues and keep the appropriate client personnel updated on status of problem. Manage and support all end user wireless devices along with iPhone and Blackberry servers. Manage, deploy, and support all landline VOIP devices. Manage and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches in cooperation with network technicians to resolve voice related troubles. Provide on-site communications service at remote terminals and data centers as needed. Travel by plane or vehicle as required. Excellent communication skills needed as service may be accomplished through on-site personnel or local service technicians. Provide Level III support for end users Understand new technologies and they become available and recommend upgrades. Using company provided training, strive to acquire and maintain job-related certifications. Able to travel, work weekends as required and provide rotating on-call support
Desired Experience with SRST and CME installation on Cisco routers CCNA or CCNP VOICE or any UCM certification
