Job Description: ATS is an information technologies consulting company providing services to Fortune 500 companies nationwide. ATS specializes in providing full-service staffing solutions by providing technical and business personnel through staff supplementation and project engagements. The company has extensive contacts within its Fortune 500 client base and is able to access a large pool of talented and responsive professionals with proven records of accomplishment in both the technical and business fields.
We are currently seeking a Rebate Analyst who will be responsible for the proper evaluation and interpretation of managed care contracts to ensure rebate payments are made accurately and timely as per the terms and conditions of the contracts. 1. Develop and maintain pricing and contracting databases in MS Excel and MS Access, necessary to measure compliance, calculate rebates, manage exceptions, etc. 2. Develop tools or process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of contracting activities, determine contract compliance and measure business results. 3. Analyze unit and price adjustments to ensure accuracy and determine impact to contract compliance and rebate and admin fee calculations. 4. Assist in the analysis and resolution of disputed rebate claim data. 5. Maintain an effective customer focus by communicating with and providing rebate claim supporting documentation to external and internal customers. 6. Prepare monthly reporting, business analysis and key data summaries. 7. Create and maintain metrics to determine team performance and adherence to the Service Level Agreements. 8. Follow SOP's and update them to reflect current procedures. 9. Take the lead on clear and complete communications between business partners (i.e. JJHCS, Legal, and Cordis teams) 10. Support Pricing and Contracting Team in the development of commercial pricing and contracting strategies and related ad-hoc projects

Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor?s degree required. 2. A minimum of 4 years business experience, preferably in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations or Contract Services is preferred. 3. Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment, with a focus on accurate and timely results is required. 4. Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a complex environment are required. 5. Prior experience handling processing of rebates is preferred. 6. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) 7. Proficiency with database management tools and presentation of data analysis 8. Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data 9. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills 10. Detail oriented, dependable and motivated 11. Candidate MUST be able to create a pivot table and conduct a Vlookup in Excel.
