Job Description:
The assignment is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Access Management in managing global Local Access suppliers, tracking KPI**s within the Access Management team as well as providing input to create efficiencies to assure that KPI**s are met for the organization. In addition the function is responsible to work with internal departments identifying key interdependencies and driving internal departments to deliver to meet the departmental goals. The assignment also requires sales support in pricing and network design and will require some interface with customers.
Responsibilities:
Reporting; Working with Systems and Finance teams to consolidate information that provides a detailed view of how the Access Management team is performing.
Analysis; Develop trend reporting to determine key factors that will help to effectively grade underlying Local Access suppliers as well as measuring trend in internal department performance as it pertains to overall Company goals and objectives.
Action Items; Based on the departmental performance analysis, develop actions items which will be used to improve cost efficiencies with Local Access suppliers as well as improving internal process efficiencies.
Meetings; Develops agenda and arranges meetings with Local Access suppliers for continued updates on provider service offerings, pricing, and delivery intervals.

Requirements:
Must have strong international vendor access management experience in buying off-net data services from global suppliers. Need 2nd language.
Need understanding of networking and telecom. Must have worked in Data Networking world for 6-10+ yrs.
