ITS is working with a technologically advanced brokerage firm based in New York City, NY with its Technology Development Center located in Waltham, MA
Currently we are assisting them with their search for an experienced intelligent, ambitious Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 5-7 years experience to become an important member of their fast growing Web Services engineering team in their Waltham, MA Technology Center. In this role, you will take primary responsibility for the definition and implementation of the QA software process

Responsibilities:
- Organize software test projects at the system, modular and unit testing levels.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for a wide range of systems and products.
- Evaluate test results, record/track defects, maintain QA records.
- Develop and manage automated and continuous testing processes and artifacts.
- Manual testing (black & white box)
- Develop strategies for load testing, scripting, defect tracking, and overall reporting.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- High technical competence, track record of strong testing and technical accomplishment.
- Experience in building, automating and running test systems.
- Familiarity/expertise in web technologies such as AJAX, Flex, JSF, Struts, HTTP, J2EE and XML.
- Programming expertise is strongly desired.
- Familiar with verification/validation concepts, build automation, Continuous Integration (CI), and Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Strong Communication, Collaboration, Written, Analytic and Problem solving skills.
- Experience in automation tools, such as Ant, CruiseControl and Selenium.
- Proficient in a Unix/Linux environment.
