As an Senior Technical Recruiter you will be expected to
* contact candidates
* qualify candidates
* match candidates to open requirements
* coordinate with Sales staff to walk candidates thru the hiring process
* make offers and close candidates
* process necessary documentation to on board consulants
* maintain an ongoing relationship with billable consulants
