Job Description:
Evaluate, establish and administer occupational/physical therapy treatment programs to patients in conformance with a physician's referral. Assists in program development at the facility.

Experience Level:
1 Year

Requirements:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree minimum.
Registered in OH as an Occupational or Physical Therapist, or eligible for OH registration required.

EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience required.
Experience with orthopedic and neurological background preferred.
