Job Description:
Work with client?s administrative communities to analyze existing business processes and future requirements. Design and develop effective online Metastorm BPM workflow applications. Perform online workflow application testing and troubleshooting. Coordinate and/or perform application implementation process. Perform program maintenance and problem resolution on assigned applications. Work closely with functional and technical support resources to quickly resolve application issues. Communicate with other developers regarding standards and best practices. Work with QA, production, and application support personnel in the implementation of applications. Prepare time schedules for assigned projects. Provide project leadership responsibility for projects of medium to large (3 - 8 person teams, 200+ impacted users) scope.

Requirements:
Four year technical degree or equivalent work experience; degree in computer science discipline preferred. Minimum 8 years additional work-related experience, including a minimum of three years in positions with similar responsibility. Able to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Able to deal with multiple projects and tasks in parallel with changing priorities. Must be able to work independently. Excellent project leadership, teaching/mentoring, and organization skills. Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) in application development using Metastorm BPM, Transact-SQL, HTML, XML, JScript, and VBScript, as well as experience with SQL Server, ASP.Net, and C#.Net. Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services and Cognos is also desirable. Must be experienced and skilled in all aspects of the systems development life cycle, to include requirements analysis, interface design, development, testing, and deployment.
