Job Description:
Primary responsibility to provide a high level of expertise in design, development and maintenance of J.D. Edwards ERP software utilizing various tools. Ongoing support and maintenance of the client?s applications and application interfaces including: XPI, EDI, and third-party packages. Development of quality written functional and technical design specifications. Assist in the evaluation of third-party tools and applications.
Provide technical support to the functional users, other IT Department resources and client?s end users on a daily basis. Make direct contact with third party customer support to manage and resolve any technical issues that may arise. Provide technical leadership and guidance in the proactive appraisal and assessment of existing processes and their continuous improvement to the client applications suite. Research, coordinate and apply patches, upgrades and enhancements to JD Edwards and other third party software. Coordinate and execute the building and deployment of software release packages.

Technical Skills
? JD Edwards OneWorld XE 7.3+ SP20 or ERP8 experience, preferably in Finance and Supply Chain
? Extensive experience in developing within J. D. Edwards World or One World XE product lines.
? Significant experience in Application Design & Interfacing from ERP systems to Legacy
? Minimum 5-10 years Business Analysis exp.
? Exp with distributed application development in a client/server environment (preferably AS/400 SQL) is desired.
? SQL Server/DB2 a Plus
Degree: 4 years Degree in IT or related field is required
