Job Description:
Summary: Acts as In-Charge on audit, review and compilation
engagements. Provides work supervision and guidance to less experienced staff. Serves as client contact for related engagements.

Quality CPA firm, with an 80 year track record, seeks articulate, team player to focus on the following function:
--Prepares and or assists on audits, reviews and compilations.
--Trains, mentors and provides work direction to staff.
--Prepares performance evaluations.
--Prepares projections and completes other complex accounting special projects.
--Recognizes, anticipates and resolves client issues, and makes recommendations.
--Markets Firm services to existing and prospective clients.
--Meets productivity and efficiency standards.
--Very visible.

Experience Level:
3 Years

Requirements:
--Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
--3+ years of professional accounting experience.
--CPA certification, or in the process of attaining CPA.
--Experience and skills in coaching, mentoring and supervising staff.
--Well rounded knowledge of accounting standards.
--Solid working knowledge of Computerized auditing and tax preparation software.
--Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
--Strong problem solving, analytical abilities to identify exceptions.
--Participate in firm marketing and business development programs.
