Job Description: A downtown Mobile, Alabama facility is in need of a Benefits Specialist in their HR department. Established company with a great location. Three to five years experience with employee benefits. Excellent computer skills, great communication skills both verbal and written. College degree preferred.
A brief description of duties is listed below:
Administers benefits programs, procedures, and guidelines.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Prepare and maintain reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Human Resources department. Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as necessary and to represent the department.
