Job Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-At least 8 years hands-on experience in major ERP Applications solutions.
Exact MAX ERP a plus (modules including Manufacturing, Financial, HRMS, Order Management, MRP, Shop Floor Control, BOM, Routing, Capacity, MES "PROMIS" and Warehouse Management) or JDE, MAX ERP, MAS
-5 plus years experience in designing, developing using Development Tools: MS SQL, .NET (VB, C, C++), Perl, MS SQL Server (Database), Access, Crystal Reports, Forms, Reports tools, DB2 or MS Relational Databases, Web development in JavaScript, JAVA 2.0
-Knowledge in APICS and CPIM Enterprise Resources Planning business processes or workflow. Lead or a major role in development and implementation.
-Design, Development, Coding, testing, debugging, Module Customization and Customer Enhancements.
-Knowledge and experience with Open Interfaces and API's.
-5 plus years of ERP development and support experience a plus.
-Expertise in Business Process Repository and Business Rules for ERP configurations.
-Able to evaluate, analyze and code complex business and programming logic/solutions.
-Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills are highly desired.
-Ability to communicate across diverse audience of business analysts, business users and technical staff.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Demonstrated interaction skills across a wide spectrum of technical contacts and teams.
-Highly hands-on, self motivated and delivery focused.
Preferred:
-MAX, MES and Great Plain implementation experience are helpful.

-Must be able to work a flexible schedule
-Able to handle multiple tasks in a 7/24 dynamic environment.
