Reference Number: 1040SA Job Description: US Citizen or Green Card. Full time opportunity. Time on Tools Role Description Time on Tools (ToT) Introduction ToT is a random sampling methodology for ascertaining the productivity of contractors completing tasks on the refinery. The data is collected in a standard format against predefined codes. The data is then collated and the results presented periodically. Role Description The individual will on a daily basis: Use random sampling to determine areas and time periods to be audited Print out work schedules for these areas from the client's system Randomly select projects from the work schedule Print out job sheets from the client?s system Visit the work location and note work activities being undertaken Visit the control room responsible for each work area to determine the status of permits relating to the work Record information on pro formas based on standard coding system Enter findings daily onto a master excel sheet Develop views on work patterns and adapt daily schedule accordingly Develop views on high level findings Assist in the collation of the data globally Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements: Skills required: Good understanding of Microsoft excel Ability to work unmanaged Good communication skills (in local language) Some Plant/Refinery Experience (maintenance, operations, other)REQUIRED High School diploma with 3-5 years plant experience or College Degree in related field

Location: Seattle WA Duration: Direct Placement Pay Rate: 60K
