General Summary of Purpose
Direct maintenance supervisors in managing the maintenance of FabTech equipment for all four shifts.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Drive equipment maintenance to increased uptime through appropriate staffing and training and equipment serviceability.
2. Areas of responsibility include Polishing, Epi, and Fab; as well as facility issues.
3. Maximize utilization of staffing throughout the maintenance organization.
4. Develop and manage the overall maintenance budget.
5. Provide oversight to development and management of preventive maintenance program.
6. Identify opportunities for upgrading equipment and streamlining maintenance operations.
Experience Level:
5+ Years
Requirements:
Education/Experience
BS in technical field plus 10 years progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment or MS in technical field plus 5 years progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience as a technician in the semi-conductor industry preferred.
