Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Person to sell our Online Recruiting Solutions to Staffing Agencies. The primary duty is to develop new accounts through a combination of cold calling and following through on company generated leads. The service is sold through live demonstrations conducted over the Interenet. The Inside Sales Consultants trains recruiters on how to utilize the service to find the precise candidates that their clients are looking for. The Inside Sales Consultant position offers a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. Benefits include major medical, dental, and a 401K plan. Experience Level: 2 Years Requirements: The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years total experience in an inside sales or Telemarketing.
