Job Description:
Technology Consulting, Inc. currently fulfills the staffing needs for many Fortune 1000 companies. We have earned an excellent reputation with these companies by staffing positions in existing and emerging technologies.

Technology Consulting has an immediate need for a Level 1 Help Desk professional in the Louisville/Elizabethtown, KY area.

Minimum 3 years of help desk experience with 3 years of application support (custom application support a plus).

Must have good oral and written communication skills as well as excellent client-facing abilities.

Also must have a demonstrated ability to research, recognize and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:
3+ years Industry Experience - Must have a working knowledge of Windows XP Professional environments.
A+ and N+ Certification (or Higher) required.
