The client we are representing is a virtual organization. Their corporate offices are located in MA and FL., with virtual offices throughout the US and one global location. This organization of developers and engineers are excited about the ever-changing world of software and technology. Our passion is building the next generation of consumer business applications. Our client also believes strongly in the benefits and sustainability of open source software and the philosophy behind it.
Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Graphic Designer. Successful candidate will be in the top 5% of designers and have a superior eye for design with the drive to create; experience leading and providing direction for artistic and creative teams; ability to formulate and design fresh and innovative concepts with a minimum of guidance.
This is a Telecommuting Position.

Requirements:
1. BA or BFA in Graphic Arts/Design
2. Be in the top 5% of designers and have a superior eye for design with the drive to create.
3. Must have online portfolio available (provide link in response). Myspace, Deviantart and Flickr are not acceptable
4. Must have extensive web experience, including both web site and banner ads
5. Must have a strong background in design and color theory
6. Must have a good working knowledge of XHTML and CSS
7. Must be able to stay focused and multitask
8. Be able to research and provide photographs from existing stock as well as update an in-house image library with a constant stream of new images.
9. Experience working under Mac OS X
10. Experience working with Flash
11. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and Action Script
12. Experience cutting up website designs into usable templates (using CSS)
