Job Description:
JAVA Programmer/Analyst needed for a rapidly growing e-commerce and logistics company with over 600 employees, located in Upstate, SC.
The selected candidate will posse the required skills, and educational requirements to excel in a fast paced, growing environment.
This position is a great opportunity to work with the latest open-source technologies like Spring, AJAX and J2EE, while working in a fast paced, fun, and casual work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop Java applications for e-commerce and logistics. We emphasize iterative development, open-source-based design, and creative approaches to problems.
2. Support existing applications, including correcting defects and supporting QA of new versions.
3. Continuously improve your skills through experience, learning from your teammates and other training.

1. A four year college degree.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. A self-directed, results oriented work ethic
4. Experience working on a team
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment, including juggling several projects at once
6. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
7. One of (JAVA experience, programming experience, or formal CS training)
8. One of ( SQL experience, Red Prairie experience, or experience in another Warehouse Management System)
9. Working on systems that span multiple servers at multiple locations a plus
10. Knowledge of some common design patterns a plus
11. At least 1 year of JAVA development experience, including servlets, JSP.
