Job Description:
A CRM Systems Manager/Architect is needed for a major client located in Greensboro, NC.
Chosen candidate will be responsible for the implementation and support of CRM in global locations including installations, change requests, client support and project management of new implementations and upgrades. CRM Systems Manager/Architect will manage projects within specified deadlines and budgets; timely and thorough communications to CRM team, business and project stakeholders; continuous support for all corporate policies and quality/compliance initiatives: Timely and thorough communications to business and project.
CRM Architect:
1. Experience with CRM best practice processes and capabilities
2. Drive standardization and control variances
3. Manage profiles, layouts, record types, reporting
4. Define security model and role hierarchy
5. Architect custom development
6. Manage regional/global instance settings/defaults
7. Facilitate end user platform strategy
8. Support and manage new and existing CRM implementations
9. Compliance with standard project management methodologies
10. Participate and manage ongoing requirements gathering process for global enhancements to CRM Business Model
11. Proficiency in requirements gathering
12. Effective resolution of requirements conflicts
13. Supervisory role in global CRM competency center
14. Work with other global team members
15. Participate in team meetings
16. Work with team members to identify best solutions to common global needs
17. Support/manage new and existing sales programs, leveraging CRM capabilities for continuous value-add for business community.
18. Creative thinking and user problem solving.
Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 / DOE
Experience Level:
5+ Years
Requirements:
1. BS degree in Information Technology or related field
2. Expertise in Veeva desired
3. Strong experience in SQL Server and relational database design desirable
4. Global project management and application management of ?Cloud? based CRM solutions
5. English as primary language, secondary language a plus (Spanish, French or German)
6. Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
7. Application Management experience, preferably CRM
8. Experience managing CRM application development and support functions
9. Experience managing third-party and off-shore vendors
10. PM qualifications are a plus
11. Able to motivate a team to work to fixed project dates
12. Excellent communication skills, demonstrate the confidence to engage people across all business areas
13. Experience of implementing process improvement within a large scale organization
14. Experience acting in a line management capacity
15. Work to continuously improve the company?s processes, quality and standards of project delivery and the associated governance structure.
