Reference Number: ss1764 Job Description: Java / Perl Developer Joining a team of developers, responsibilities will include building a broad range of client server applications which will support areas of Operations. The candidate will have opportunities to work closely with business users and other IT staffs and will require strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a group. As consistent within our company?s culture, you will be performing in a team-oriented environment yet be expected to work independently. Position Responsibilities Development of trade processing Settlement Reconciliation Other workflow related applications Will be required to participate in all aspects of the project life cycle, including: Requirements gathering Design Coding Testing Deployment Documentation Experience Level: 3 Years Requirements: Position Requirements: 3 years of development experience in Java and some Perl with a strong skill base in UNIX and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with BPS Advantage, LoanNet, or OneWorld is highly desirable. Proficiency in Sybase SQL, Oracle, MQ Series, TIBCO Rendezvous, C#, C++ as well as any experience developing middle office applications, or fixed income product knowledge is also a plus.
