Reference Number: ss1771 Job Description: Software Architect Consultant Our client is seeking a Software Architect Consultant for a 1+ year contract. Experience Level: 5+ Years Requirements: Position Requirements: Bachelor?s Degree or a Master?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and 5 years of software development experience in Design, development and deployment of Web-based Applications and Enterprise Applications using Java, J2EE Technologies. Experience in design and development of web applications using J2EE framework on Windows, and AIX platforms, using Websphere Application Server. Knowledge and experience in developing Server Side components using JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Spring AOP, JPA APIs, Hibernate and annotations. Knowledge of Java Web Services. Extensive working knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Core, IBM Websphere, Tomcat, XML, Eclipse and Hibernate. Experience with databases, writing queries and stored procedures using Oracle 9i and Oracle 10g(SQL and PL/SQL) Strong communication and analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks as well as work independently or in a team.
