J2EE - Servlets, design patterns, web server configuration and deployment. Candidate must have experience with JavaScript/Ajax, HTML/CSS, Adobe Flex (or will substitute Java Swing), and Oracle PL/SQL (or will substitute MS SQL Transact SQL). EXCELLENT written and oral communication skills.
