Job Description: Our client, a large global fortune company located in Northern/Central, New Jersey is actively seeking a Senior Interim Benefits Consultant for a 6 plus Month assignment.
The candidate will be a seasoned Benefits Professional with Director level or above experience. This candidate must be extremely competent and analytical with regards to all benefits policies and multi-state designing and planning of benefits policies and benefits plans.
Responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing and assessment of many business units within the organization regarding benefits policies; i.e. LTD, STD, FMLA as well as Multi State benefit plans. The candidate will assess what policies need to stay in place, implemented, changed as well as eliminated.
2. Benefits plan and design
3. Experience with multi-state benefits design and planning experience because each state has different laws and regulations to follow; i.e. Ohio, California, New York City, New Jersey and etc...
4. The successful candidate will have to design and develop benefits plans for each state.
5. Previous experience and knowledge with this type of project and has the ability to come in and run the project like they have done this previously.
We are looking for an extremely competent, Director level or above, heavy weight, hands -on, strong work ethic, senior Benefits professional who can come in and start running with the project immediately.
