Job Description:
Our client, a large reputable apparel/fashion/retail organization is seeking a full life cycle recruiter for their New York, Mid-Town location. The Recruiter must be available for a long term contract assignment and will have the opportunity to go permanent if they would like too. Will be responsible for all areas of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Positions include, retail, wholesale, merchandising, design, planning and allocation and others. Will work directly with hiring managers to manage expectations and will be involved in intake sessions for open positions. Must also be very customer service oriented and a team player. Recruiter must be flexible and willing to do all administrative tasks involved in the recruiting process. Recruiter must have at least 3+ years of retail recruiting. Retail industry experience required.
