Job Description: Strong, professional and seasoned administrative assistant to perform all aspects of administrative support : Receives visitors and telephone calls, ascertains nature of calls or business of visitors, Maintains calendar and schedules appointments and meetings. Receives, reviews, and distributes incoming correspondence. Drafts routine correspondence for signature. Processes incoming and outgoing materials such as: correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communication; edits letters and reviews outgoing correspondence and reports for grammar and proper format. Using Microsoft Word or Word Perfect, types information into final format from rough drafts, handwritten notes, etc. Performs office automation duties such as creating mail merge documents, labels, slides, tables, charts and reference lists using electronic mail, desk-top publishing, spreadsheet database, graphics, and/or reference software applications. Makes travel arrangements and prepares necessary vouchers and paperwork. Arranges conferences and meetings. Responsibilities include arrangement of schedules, travel, reservation of meeting facilities, etc. Compiles information for the preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports, e.g., projected and actual travel expenditures. Performs analyses and syntheses of a verity of data. Uses the Internet to perform supervised searches for information requested. . May serve as back-up to other office and staff. Establishes and maintains files and records systems.
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Requirements: Individual must have at least 4-7 years administrative experience, must be professional both in demeanor and appearance, must possess excellent writing and oral communication skills, must be proficient in MS Office Suite and Word Perfect. Must have GovTrip experience.
