Job Description:
Junior Budget Analyst needed IMMEDIATELY for gov't client!!!

(1) Analyze Trends and Systems
- Review use of and familiarizes with EXCEL and other budget
tracking systems currently in use

(2) Monitor Use of Funds
- Data Collection and Entry
- Evaluate use of funds to maintain control of spending / not
exceed predetermined spending levels

(3) Prepare Periodic Reports
- Monthly Status of Funds
- Quarterly status of Funds
- Projections for continuous resolutions

(4) Employ EXCEL software
- Develop tracking spreadsheets for special projects and new
budgets
- EXCEL tables are complex and must link data in multiple
spreadsheets

(5) Convert the Operating Plan (written outlay of programs and activities with costs) into logical EXCEL spreadsheets for tracking, monitoring, and control expenditures

Experience Level:
3 Years

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting / finance / business or equivalent
experience
- MINIMUM of 3 years of Budget Analysis experience
- MUST be an expert in Microsoft EXCEL
- MUST be U.S. Citizen
- Work Hours: (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Work Location: Federal Center, SW
- Overtime is not authorized
- MUST be able to obtain clearance
