Job Description: **Maintain calendars, appointments and schedules using Microsoft Outlook. **Shcedules appointments, coordinates meetings, and/or schedule conferences/workshops. **This may include writing letters to the speakers and participants, arranging hotel accommodations, transportation to and from the meeting site, and clerical support. **Maintains files of all materials related to the meetings. **Track cost using Microsoft Excel. **Experience in organizing meetings and working with a meeting planner. **Makes travel arrangements; prepares itineraries, makes transportation and hotel reservations; prepare travel orders and expense vouchers. **Maintains files on all travel. **Will train to use this system. **Process incoming and outgoing materials such as correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communications. **Receives calls and visitors. **Screens calls and forwards appropriately. **Receives visitors and directs to the appropriate staff.
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Requirements: **Candidate must have 5+ years of administrative assistant experience. **Must be familiar with the NBS Travel Manager System and the ADB System. **Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete a Background Criminal check and Drug Testing. **Government experience a plus.
