Job Description:
Long-term indefinite position with possibility of permanent placement.
Looking for Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English) customer service representatives. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to; filing, photocopying, faxing, answering phone calls, greeting customers. Assist with Spanish speaking individuals by translating English documents, policies, and procedures.
The candidate will also be directing clients to various offices within the general building.
Responsibilities will include, data entry, minor correspondence and scheduling appointments.
Various positions are available within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
Plus free health benefits and paid federal holidays.

Experience Level:
1 Year

Requirements:
Candidate needs to have experience working in an office setting. Needs to be familiar with common office machinery & general supplies.

The candidate needs to posses excellent customer skills. Bi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to submit resumes. Excellent verbal and written communication is a must and strongly desired. Data entry experience preferred and be able to pay attention to details.

Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Must be able to work full time hours which will include weekends.
