Job Description: Individual needed to provide the following administrative functions for personnel: Receive telephone calls and faxes and route messages to the appropriate officer. Provide appropriate routing and tracking services for all incoming inspection reports, corrective action statements, request for information, and other mail and e-mail. Prepare and mail written, electronic, and faxcimile reports and responses, as requested. Maintain filing systems for travel and ship inspection documents. Enter gastrointestinal illness reports into an online database. Provide assistance to the administrative assistant in alternate office regarding travel arrangements and vouchers for personnel in the Florida office. Prepare materials for training session to include copying and binding materials and completing print request.
Experience Level: 3 Years
Requirements: Qualified candidate must possess at least three years administrative experience in an office setting. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite. Typing skills should be at least 50-55 wpm. Attention to detail and excellent oral and written skills required.
