Job Description: Individuals needed for long term secretarial positions in support of crime analysis and records management. All duties of a Secretary including, but not limited to: responding to complaints and requests for information, researching, compiling and analyzing data for entry into various databases, maintaining schedules and calendars, gathering information, preparing presentations, maintaining records and files, creating reports and correspondence. Individual will create weekly crime analysis products using various crime-reporting tools. Will participate in special projects and create routine reports.
Experience Level: 3 Years
Requirements: Individual must have prior office experience, preferably six or more months experience with Federal Protective Services. Knowledge of WebRMS and EIS systems desirable. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Effective communication skills; both oral and written - will need to communicate with public, government employees and high ranking officials. Must be resourceful and professional. Must have ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Should interact effectively with others and be able to work independently.
