Job Description: 13739 Marketing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities: * Create, modify and manage budget workbook, vendor list and other key finance documents * Work with marketing project managers and budget owners to ensure budget workbook, including forecast, accruals, accruals, chargecodes etc. is accurate, current and posted to NA Marketing t-room * Conduct periodic calls to review budget, resolve issues and/or communicate new processes or tools regarding marketing operations * Interface with Procurement, Finance and ITICs on operations activities and projects for Marketing * Submit accruals and reporting to finance * Process and manage all invoices; update invoice and contract tracker and post to t-room * Process and manage all contracts through procurement and finance process; post updates to invoice and contract tracker in t-room * Produce NA Marketing dashboard * Execute reporting and analysis projects * Refine and update NA Finance and Operations guidelines * Manage the NA Marketing t-room, including folder structure set-up, content submissions and enhancements; champion tool with team and promote usage via content drives and training
Requirements: * Expert in Excel; proficiency in other Microsoft products such as Powerpoint and Word * Deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes and practices * Bachelor?s degree required, with concentration in finance or business * Mastery of English language and strong communications skills * High degree of comfort working in virtual environment * Strong project management, organizational and time management skills * Ability to work under tight deadlines * Detail oriented .. Duration initially 2 months .... Location: Jersey City NJ. Local resource required. Possible CTH 3 months no fees.
