Reference Number: PM720 Job Description: Premier Placements, LLC is searching for a Manager for a large apartment community in Norcross, GA. Our client is looking for someone with renovation, reposition, training, and marketing experience. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership skills, the ability to oversee all aspects of daily operations of the property, ensure safe living conditions for residents and create a positive working environment for entire staff. Knowledge of accounting, administrative and basic bookkeeping skills is a must. Qualifications include prior experience in Management of Apartment Properties.
