Reference Number: PMgr Job Description: Premier Placements, LLC is actively searching for a Project Manager for a general contracting company that services the Multi-Family Industry. Our client is a highly successful, company based in Atlanta, GA. They have been working throughout Alabama and would like to open a regional office in there. We are interested in interviewing and hiring immediately for a Project Manager who will be based in Alabama. The position will require travel throughout the Alabama area. This is a great opportunity if you have experience in multi-family, renovation and re-development. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for 1-5 projects at a time depending on the size of the project. Qualified candidates must have an Alabama contractor?s license allowing building and construction 4 stories and under.
