Reference Number: am791 Job Description: Premier Placements, LLC is searching for an area Manager for Atlanta, GA. Our client is a growing Southeastern Apartment Management company who needs a strong leader to head up this small portfolio. Qualified applicants must have either large-site/multi-site management experience in Residential Property Management, the ability to create and lead on-site teams, have budgeting and marketing experience and be able to show results immediately. Requirements include; conventional property experience, on-site, hands on, experience and at least 5 years of large-site/multi-site experience.
